At CaseSignal, we treat your documents like legal work-product. Your data stays private, encrypted, and under your control—always.
What We Collect
When you use our service, we collect only what’s necessary:
- Contact details (name, email, phone)
- Uploaded files (emails, PDFs, chats, etc.)
- Metadata (file names, timestamps)
- Appointment scheduling info
We don’t track your browsing or share data with advertisers.
How We Use It
We use your information only to:
- Generate your case report
- Communicate with you
- Improve the precision of your custom results
We do not use your documents for:
- AI training
- Marketing
- Analytics outside your case
Confidentiality by Default
- Files are encrypted in transit and at rest (AES-256)
- Only authorized U.S.-based human analysts review documents
- Automatic NDA applies on upload—explicit NDA available anytime
- No third-party access to your documents, ever
No AI Training, Ever
We do not use your data to train or fine-tune AI—on any platform. Your case data is processed in isolation and deleted after delivery.
Auto Deletion
All files are automatically deleted 14 days after delivery, unless you ask for sooner. Want it gone faster? Just email us.
Your Rights
You can:
- Request a copy of your data
- Ask us to delete it
- Get confirmation of deletion
- Get a signed NDA upon request
We never sell, rent, or license your data.
