• Basic contact info so we can return your report and follow up if needed
  

We do not track your web activity, behavior, or device. We do not use cookies.

How We Use Your Data

We use your uploaded data for one purpose only: to generate your legal case report. That includes identifying contradictions, building timelines, and surfacing strategic leverage.

You’re in control:

• Download your data
  
• Request deletion at any time
  
• Get confirmation in writing
  
• Request a signed NDA
  

We do not use your files for training, testing, or improving AI systems.

How We Protect It

Every upload is protected by strong encryption and strict access limits.

✅ Reviewed only by U.S.-based human analysts
✅ NDA auto-applied on upload (custom NDA available on request)
✅ No unauthorized third-party access at any stage

• Files are deleted from our active systems in accordance with our data retention policy

What We Don’t Do

• We do not sell, rent, or license your data.
  
• We do not store your files beyond the retention window.
  
• We do not use your information for marketing.
  
• We do not use your files for training, testing, or improving AI systems. If any third-party provider requires data retention or training, we will disclose this and obtain your consent
